Sting 12's Tournament

Kaylee's team played in the Sting Elite Series tournament and they played great. They took 1st place!  Kaylee had a lot of fun, she got to play in the front row and hit the ball instead of just the back row where she usually plays. She did great!

Penguins - 14's Tournament!

Kaylee's team (12's) played in the Penguin's 14's tournament and finished in 7th place. They had some trouble serving and really could have won the whole tournament, but they are allowed to have an off day every now and then. Hahaha.

Kentucky #2 - JVA World Challenge

We headed back to Louisville for the World Challenge tournament. Coach Kate had to stay back in WI because of a work commitment and we were lucky to have Coach Chris take over for the weekend. The girls played well and finished in 3rd place.

Kaylee's team had a great weekend at the Badger Region Champs. They took 1st Place!

BC Sistas Getaway

We put together a little getaway for our Young Survivor Group - we call ourselves the "BC Sistas". We got a nice condo at The Wilderness and ended up with 8 ladies there. We had a great time and we are hoping to get an even bigger group when we go again in November. It is a great weekend to get away with great ladies  - to relax, laugh, eat, and just have a good time.

Of course we had lots of chocolate!

Lots of other food, too!  We were only there two nights...
I think we could have survived for a month with all the food we had!

Kentucky #1

We headed to Louisville for Kaylee's first tournament in Kentucky. The girls played well and lost to the #1 seeded team in the semi-finals. They went to 3 games and lost the 3rd game 15-13, so close!!  We hope to beat them when we head back to Louisville in April...

Kaylee is the libero - plays the back row because she does a great job back there!

This is my favorite "ace" cheer - "KY Style - Eh, Eh, Eh!"

Watertown Tournament

Kaylee's team played in Watertown today. They struggled a bit in the earlier matches, but played a lot better in the afternoon and ended up finishing in 2nd place!
