Kuecker Reunions - Day 2

Day 2's reunion was down in Genoa City. 
This reunion included much more extended family.  Kaylee, Grandma, and I took a walk into town and saw the school where Grandma went when she was little.  We made it back in time for the "family meeting".  We got to hear news of graduations, marriages, births, as well as those who are no longer with us.

Kuecker Reunions - Day 1

We were SO excited that Grandma and Grandpa Kuecker came up to Wisconsin for the Kuecker Family Reunions.  The first reunion is for Justin's Dad and his siblings, their children, grandchildren, etc.  We headed to Aunt Janet's house for a BBQ.  It was a nice to get to talk to people we only see once or twice a year!

Zoo Trip

July is always our time to get together at the Milwaukee County Zoo. We met in the morning and checked out a lot of animals. We found a nice picnic area for lunch and then found a few more animals before heading home for the day. It was really hot this year, so we might have to come up with a different location for our summer get-together.

Maybe a waterpark??

Fireworks at the lake- there is no other place we would rather watch the fireworks than sitting on the lawn (or pontoon) at Grandma's. What an awesome tradition... a nice grilled dinner and s'mores over the fire.

I love that I don't have to work while watching Simon this summer, since I am off on Fridays. This week, we took a walk to our neighborhood park and had lots of fun running around and watching some kids play baseball. Simon really wanted to go and play ball with them...
