Young Survivor Conference - Atlanta

It was time for our annual trip to the Young

Survivor Conference. This year's conference

was in Atlanta, GA. I was very excited that I

would actually know people there this year,

because 5 of my fellow survivors from Milwaukee

came down as well. We had a great time- seeing

people we recognized from years past, meeting

new people, and learning a little along the way, too!

Mariah's team is doing pretty well this
season... they win some and lose some,
but I think they are having fun when
they are out on the court! I can't believe
there is only a month of the season left!

Kaylee's Birthday Party With Her Friends

Kaylee invited 3 of her friends to join
us at the Radisson in Pewaukee for her
birthday party. The girls were very
excited that we were upgraded to a
poolside room when we got there!
And, the girls had the pool to
themselves most of the night, which
was awesome for them!

However... at 2am, Kaylee woke up and
started vomiting. She spent the next 2 hours
going to and from the bathroom. Amazingly
enough, she was fine to swim when she got
up in the morning. She really still wasn't
herself, so we laid low the rest of the day.

Overall, I think Kaylee had a good time...

Snow, Snow, Snow!

Kaylee is always excited to help shovel when we get

any amount of snow. I especially love these pics

because there were lots of great, big snow flakes!
